central location, large communal lounge, kitchenette amenities
The necessity of arrival time notifications could be improved!!! Double bed access from only one side is inconvenient!!! Outdated furnishings and slanted floors clearly need attention!!! Overpriced compared to better alternatives in the area!!!

Just spent a night in the Economy Double Room, and it felt like a cozy hideaway! Loved the pristine cleanliness and the little kitchenette for snacks. Only downside? The noise from outside was a bit much at times, but overall, a charming spot!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the close proximity to the beautiful beach. It was perfect for our gang of five kids, who couldn't get enough of the sandy shores. The cozy lounge area with DVDs was a hit during our downtime.
For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor play areas for the kids.

We had a blast staying here with a group of friends! The rooms were super clean and had all we needed, including a kitchenette. Location was perfect for visiting the scenic Dungeness and the stunning Camber Sands. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a homey vibe and excellent facilities. Definitely a place to come back to!
Though we loved the stay, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, which made it hard to stream some shows we wanted to watch together.

The location is ideal for easy access to public transport and the room is comfortable and clean, featuring a cozy bed. there were too many pieces of furniture that felt disorganized, making the space cramped. The TV placement wasn't ideal, making viewing tricky. It would be good to have a lock on the door for added security. Handcrafted pasta served nearby brilliantly complements the stay as a culinary highlight.

helpful staff but noisy surroundings
The self-check-in process was smooth, and the manager's presence made me feel welcomed. The room was well-equipped, providing all the essentials and more for a comfortable stay. The lounge was a great spot to unwind, with a large TV where I could enjoy the football with other guests, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Several guests mentioned the kitchenettes, which made meals easy and budget-friendly, perfect for a relaxed getaway.
The noise levels from outside were noticeable at times, disrupting the tranquility I hoped for.
